Kirk Verner- Outside Center

Kirk Verner- Outside Center

Kirk started skydiving in 1982 and has over 30,000 jumps.  Kirk grew up on a DZ and started jumping at 16. He became obsessed with  competitive jumping after the 1989 Nationals. After being coached by  National Champions and putting hard  work into several weekend teams he placed 3rd in  the Open division in 1991. Not long after that Arizona Airspeed was formed by Kirk, Jack Jefferies, Dan BC, Mark Kirkby, and John Leming which started the dynasty. After the 2006 World Meet Kirk came to XP and started working at the XP Tunnel, building world class teams to compete at multiple World Championships.

Jeana started skydiving in 2014 and very soon after discovering formation skydiving, she found her passion!  Becoming obsessed would probably be an understatement for the path she chose to take.  Jeana took advantage of every coaching opportunity and attended as many 8way camps as she could to become better until 2016 when she finally earned a slot on XP8 and is now a 2x Indoor World Champion and 3x outdoor 8way world champ + double gold with 4way female in 2024

Brandon Kashani- Inside Center

Matt has almost 30 years of skydiving under his belt and over 22,000 skydives but this doesn't come close to summing up what he can offer as a coach!  Matt is a 3X World Cup Champion in 8way, 6X World Champion in 8way, 4way World Cup Champion, and 3X World Record breaker for points achieved during an 8way jump.  Matt  also has Style and Accuracy, Demonstration/Demo jumps, Videographer jumps, AFF, and Tandem ratings to add to his already large list of achievements.

Brandon grew up living in Tehran, Dubai, London, and North Carolina. He began studying Chemical Engineering at NC State University at age 16 and made his first tandem skydive at 18. Today, Brandon is a professional skydiving athlete, a member of XP8, and an Indoor and Outdoor 8-Way National Champion. He is also a USPA-rated instructor (Tandem, AFF, and PRO) with over 4,500 jumps.

Outside of skydiving, Brandon is the founder of a tech company and when he’s not working or jumping, you’ll find him obsessed with England football, playing beach volleyball, or exploring new countries.

Jen Davidson- Tail

Carl Kallgren IV- Inside Front

Jen began skydiving in 2007 and never looked back. After logging over 300 jumps in her first year and spending much of her early career on the boogie circuit, she earned a spot on the Golden Knights. She spent two years on the demonstration team, performing jumps at airshows, football games, and even into Liberty Island beside the Statue of Liberty.

Jen later transitioned to the competition team, where she won a world championship in Women’s 4-Way in 2016 and an 8-Way world championship in 2018. After a two-year hiatus to attend flight school, she returned to competition and claimed another Women’s 4-Way World Championship in 2024. She is currently flying with XP8.

James started competing with the Georgia Tech Sport Parachute Club that same year at the USPA Collegiate Nationals.  Over the next 18 years, James honed his formation skills at Paraclete XP under the mentorship and coaching of multiple world champions, competing at the national and international level in both 4way and 8way.  When not training, James can be found at home in Orlando with his beautiful wife and two amazing kids.

Kevin Penn- Videographer

Kevin Penn- Videographer

Kevin O. Penn began skydiving in 2021 as a form of therapy, quickly realizing he'd just found the perfect intersection of three of his passions: skydiving, photography, and helping others. Since then he has dedicated himself to jumping in breathtaking places like over the Egyptian pyramids; shooting video for the 2025 US Team, XP8; and mentoring newer jumpers every chance he gets. He hopes to continue his journey for years to come and do all he can to contribute more to the sport than he receives.
